yes i have
initially u dont see any results(for abt 3-4 weeks frm my personal experience) and then suddenly u start feeling great about ur body when u start seeing change yourself in the mirror. what i mean it is gradual it takes time.i lost 10 kgs in abt 6 months .this includes sumtimes me giving up yoga for 2-3 days in between and eatinf sweets

the methods sho+wn+ in this video do work provided
maintain a routine
no fats in your diet(sweeets,frieds etc)
drink warm water first thing in the morning
take lightest dinner possible
